Getting BSOD's on new built system

BSOD stop codes I get:
Clock_watchdog_timeout (I mostly get this one)
Whea_uncorrectable_error (got this one time)

My specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K Boxed
MOBO: MSI z270 Gaming Pro Carbon
GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 1080 Gaming Z
PSU: be quiet! Dark Power Pro 11 750W
DRAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8 3600mhz
SSD: Adata SP550
HDD: Seagate Desktop HDD, 2TB
OS: Windows 10 Education x64

I formatted my SSD and HDD and made a clean Windows 10 education install on it.
Then, I downloaded the latest Windows 10 x64 drivers for my motherboard from the MSI website.
Also I already put the latest BIOS version on it.
Then I downloaded my NVIDIA drivers for the videocard.
I also done Windows Update.

SO everything clean and reinstalled, no utilitys only the drivers I need, it still gives me the bluescreen when I run tests like prime95 and HeavyLoad.

I also ran Memtest86, witch gave me no errors for 2 hrs.
Then I dont remember what I did, but I restarted a test and the display changed.
Gave me 65535 errors!! on test 7.
I tried to reproduce this but I havent gotten this errors again.
Maybe bad RAM?
XMP is not enabled and my 2x8 are running at 2133 now.
I have ran it at 3600mhz before the problems accured with XMP profile.
I removed the XMP profile and didnt get bluescreens no more.
but later they returned, and XMP was turned off

I done some CPU tests, and my CPU passed them all, also the NVIDIa CPU diagnostic tool.
Also ran the Microsoft memory diagnostics but it found no errors on my RAM.

I dont know if I should test my SSD with windows on it further for errors?
SFC /scannow said no errors found.

Im going to get my soundcard out becouse I dont have the drivers installed for it yet.
But also with drivers installed before, I Got the bluescreens. Its a Creative Sound Blaster Z.
Also I will get my 2TB HDD out becouse theres nothing on it and I dont need it now.

Can some1 PLEASE help me, I dont know what to do anymore.
Ill try anything you want, or provide all information you need.
Do certain hardwares need more voltage?
Do I have wrong stock settings in bios?
Should I buy another Windows 10 since I have Education version? It worked perfectly before.
Should I reinstall windows again?
In what order should I install what drivers?
Or is it hardware? How I find out what part.
My CPU seems OK, no errors and always 30-40-50 degrees.
I dont have an extra set DDR4. Maybe I could try Memtest86 using 1 stick of 8gb ram at a time,
but im not sure how memtest works, or what test to run.

All suggestions or help welcome.

Last thing I tried is, I downloaded MSI DPC Latency Tuner
and noticed there is a Intel Turbo Boost thing automatically turned on on the motherboard,
witch overclocked my i7 7700k from 4.2 to 4.4. I put it off, and also saw something calles EIST.

I also turned EIST off, and did prime95 for a short while, and IntelProcessor Diagnostic Tool 64bit, and Havyload,
and I didnt get a BSOD yet....
Right now Im downloading a game, see how it goes.
