I am at 9x400 and my memory is underclocked..... Heat isnt an issue...

One blue screen mentioned an ATI something or other......

Memory passed the windows test (didnt do memtest) but I really dont think its the memory....

MoBo is Abit IX38 QuadGT
Q6600
2x2gb Patriot Viper 1066 memory (running at 1000)

Video card operated just fine on last mobo (ga-956p-ds3) and 4x1gb Ballastix memory

Any suggestions?

What's the exact setting for the ram? Vcore? It'll help more if you list more settings as well.

I get the feeling it's ram instibility, since that's normally the most common problem. Run Prime95 blend test for 24 hours. That's right, 24hours. I had my BSOD at random times, only to find that blend would go for a little above 12hours before failing. After tweaking it a bit, it passed blend for 24hours, and now I don't have a single issue.
