[SOLVED] Getting ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT Error access this website from WIFI but not via Mobile Data

Hi, I am trying to access to this international bank website its.bochk.com, however, I am getting an ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT Error with my PC (wired connection). I have tried using my two other laptops and they are all getting the same error (wireless connection). I am able to access websites like google.com, facebook.com without any issues. I tried using my mobile data and I was able to access the website without any issues. I came to the conclusion that there's something wrong with my connection. My ISP is AT&T and here's the traceroute to the website.

Does anyone know what's going on with my internet that's causing this issue? Thank you!

I have done basic troubleshooting such as restarted my modem, made sure I am not using any proxy, changed DNS.

Since the first few hops of the trace are good it is likely something outside your control.

There appears to be a lot of data loss past hop 6. This indicates some issue in att or another ISP network. Your phone may follow a different path.

The request timeout in hop 12 etc is likely a firewall or other device blocking tracert and ping.

There is very little you can do to fix the internet itself. You can only contact your ISP and if it is not in there network they can't do. Since it works on your phone it means the website ISP is likely ok also so their ISP can't fix it.

This could be a broken router or maybe a fiber cut. Hopefully they get it fixed eventually. The only thing you might try is a VPN and hope it takes a different path.
