getting error code 43

getting error code 43
saying a problem with bluetooth, but the only problem is my files getting stuck in the printer que
i have tried unistalling it and reinstalling and checked for updated drivers

You are leaving out a lot of info. What are you doing, on what type of system, with what devices? Installing and re-installing what? The bluetooth drivers?

I am working on a dell Inspiron, the blue tooth is generic The error just appeared one day, I have not put on any new devices or software. I assumed at first that it was a virus or something, so I did a restore for about a month back, no result, then I unistalled the bluetooth and reinstalled and checked for updated drivers all to have no solution the computer is fine, but I cannot print, as the files just get stuck in the que and I can delete them from the que theprinter is an HP officejet 5610 allinone

That printer does not have any wireless connections, the bluetooth has nothing to do with the printing. What did you try to uninstall and re-install, the printer drivers or the bluetooth drivers?

Try a different cable, and make sure you are installing the printer properly. Read the instructions and make sure you are installing it the right way. You should need to install drivers then hook up the printer, if you hook up the printer first, it can create a virtual USB port and will not print properly till that is fixed. You can also try a different USB cable and test the printer with another computer to make sure it's working.
