Getting error when updating Bios Asus P8b75-m le

I just recently built a computer and am trying to fix a Bsod. Some one recommended updating my Bios. After checking my Bios I noticed I was SO far behind. I'm currently running 410 the newest is 1101. However I need to get a bios manager to use a CAP file, but every time I try and run it I get an Error. Does anyone have a solution?

Have you used EZ Flash in BIOS and hasn't worked?
Can you detail the BSOD issue?
