im getting fps drop in league after a while GPU temperature is around 40-50ºc so i dont think it's a temperature problem i start with 150 fps but after a few minutes fps drop to 100->80->35->80-35 in fights

Windows 10 64bit
16gb ram
AMD A10-6700 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 3.70 GHz
MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti AERO ITX OC 4GB GDDR5
Power supply 350w

Solution
Your rig is more than capable of running league which is odd that you are experiencing issues. Maybe try reinstalling? Also check to see if you have background apps running in your task manager that may be using alot of your pc's resources. (check the "startup" tab aswell to see if unwanted applications are opening by themselves and hindering performance)

A critical point here is are the conditions when you first start playing the game and getting the high fps EXACTLY the same as a few minutes later when the framerate is lower?

Some people make the mistake of thinking the game demands are the same all the way through every part of the game, they are not. Ideally, you'd run a game that has a built in benchmark. Then run that benchmark over and over. Does the average framerate stay the same or does it drop over time?
