as the titles states, i've been getting FPS drops in the games i've been playing and what happens is that whatever the current FPS is, it'll randomly drop 20fps before going back up to the current. so for instance, a game that's running at 60FPS, will drop to 40FPS for half a second before going back to 60. i've followed this guide for "optimized nvidia settings" for the highest FPS:

but am wondering if there was anything else i could do or if it's something outside of nvidia settings.
