I have a question about the temperature I'm getting on this build https://pcpartpicker.com/list/XrTZr7 I build this pc last week and i try it for games like csgo , dota2 and overwatch with high settings , now my question is im getting about 70 to 80c sometimes it went up more to 80 to 90 is this normal? They said the full load or stress is like around 75 to 80c I'm just worried about this ,

Solution
You CPU should not really be getting that hot. It should maybe max out to around 70-75c under load. You may want to consider re-pasting the cooler on your CPU. You might have too much or too little thermal paste on the cooler. You will shorten the lifespan of your CPU if it runs too hot.

Im not sure tho if mother board or graphics card but on my mother board there is a digital number display and that where is appearing the temp and im using the cam software for my nzxt kraken x61 cooler and its always notified me that im exceeding over 82c+ temp

you have to check your motherboard in bios if its heating up or not. And if your overclocking your CPU and its heating up then theirs a problem with your cpu cooler. does your case have a good ventilation besides the water cooling cpu? and it cant be from the vga cause yours is gaming x is already on OC mode.

How do i check if its heating up? Whats the temp?

when you turn on your PC start spamming F11 it should be the default for all motherboards. if not check your motherboard's manual or just watch a video on Youtube on how to check the motherboard's temperature.

The idle temp is 35 to 40c when i start playing games the temp is gonna go up sometimes 65 to 70c then sometimes it goes higher to 80 to 85 or 90c then when i stop playing it goes back to normal temp. Is the room temp also affecting the temp of comp?

Ya it has 3 fans in front and 1 at the back and a cooler the room temp is 70c

hmm weird but is it effecting your Gameplay overall? if not then i think there's no worries. and if you cant smell any burnt things in your case then everything is totally fine.

Yeah i know thats why i'm worried , no its not affecting my game at all even i'm playing on high/ultra settings still smooth , havent smell anything so far
