Question Getting horizontal lines on top of my screen.

Since 6 Months and after upgrading my GPU to GTX 1050 ti from GT 520 i started getting horizontal lines on top of screen, each a period of time i get a new line ( now 4 lines) , they are very annoying, the FPS is pretty good and my CPU isn't causing any bottleneck to my GPU but those lines are very annoying, how can i get rid of them ?
i'm using an adapter vga-hdmi and my monitor's refresh rate is 60Hz.

The adapter could be the issues or your GPU is dying, can you post some pictures?

the problem cannot be from the GPU because when i make a screenshot i don't see those lines it's only appearing on my screen, and that's a picture made with my phone so u can see the 4 lines on the top.

Well then it's the adapter or the monitor itself, try the monitor on another PC.
