Getting low fps in Cs Go

I've been having pretty low fps in CS GO and i don't know why. I have decent gaming rig (gtx 1060 6gb, I5 7600K, 1x8gb ram) and still i have something like 90-130 fps on low graphics. Some of my friends have same setup or worse and they have about +200 fps. Can somebody help? pls

Have you checked the other threads on here relating to CS@GO performance specifically ones with links to customized settings for newer machines.
