Hi, getting low fps in csgo wich i play very much and with that i mean like 130-250 fps with this system PC Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Stock Clock
CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro H150i PRO
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 8GB AORUS EXTREME
Ram: Gskill Trident Z 3200 MHz 32 GB
MB: Asus Prime X470-Pro
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5'' HDD & Samsung 970 EVO 250GB M.2 SSD
PSU: Corsair RM1000x 1000W
Case: Corsair Crystal 570X.
With a system before mine now i had a 1060 6gb with an i5 7600k oc to 4.1 ghz and was on stable 250-300 fps.
Why am i getting lower fps than a system not as good?

Solution
CSGO is a cpu limited game that depends primarily on the performance of the single master thread.
Your 16 threads are not significantly better than the 4 threads of the 7600K for this game.
Your 7600K was overclocked to 4.1
The 2700X runs 3.7 at stock. It is not clear to me if the boost clock gets going.
If you overclock your 2700X, you can probably get back to 4.1 or possibly better.
