Pc specs
Cpu- i7 6700
Gpu- rtx 2060
Ram- 8gb samsung ddr4 2133mhz
Motherboard- msi h110m gaming
I play valorant on low settings
At 1280*960 res and still get only 140-145fps which drops down to 99-100 sometimes...i don't know what's causing it can someone help

Solution
Upgrading the rams to dual channel should give you some more performance out of your platform but upgrading rams with a higher frequency kit will do squat. The PSU on the other hand is something I'd never call a PSU since it's horrible in build quality/design. You didn't mention the OS version, neither did you mention the BIOS version for your motherboard.

Your specs are incomplete.

SSD/HDD:
PSU:
OS: version(not edition) if on Windows 10.

BIOS version for your motherboard? Age of the PSU in use? When you see the frames dropping, is it due to the number of players on screen(or details)? Can you check and see the temps during frame drops while also keeping tabs on system resource usage during and after frame drops?

after answering the above questions,
are your drivers up to date? do you face issues like stuttering/screen tearing too? have you tried maxing everything out and running at 1080p to see if it somehow increases the fps?

upgrade your ram, that's the problem, add one more 8gb so it would be 16 gb , or if u have money, buy dual channel 16 gb (8gb * 2 )
