[SOLVED] Getting low FPS with RTX 3070 ?

Hello guys since two days it seems that my RTX 3070 encoutered low fps on all games, before that
all was running fine, I've touched nothing... I didn't understand why, my GPU running at 99% and my cpu are stable.
Can you help me to fix this out? Thx in advance.

What might have changed since all was well two days ago?
I might suspect a forced windows update.
Try reinstalling the 3070 drivers.
If you can, use system restore to reset back to a date when all was well.

To be honest I think it's cause of an update.
Already reinstalled with DDU my drivers but nothing change.
I can't do a system restor, I'll gonna entierely reinstall w10 I think.

There should be a time stamp on when it was installed. So just pick off updates one by one until you get to the date you know you didn't have a problem.
