Getting low Fps

I just build a new computer a few months back and it has been running fine. I recently did driver installs, shortly after I was only getting about 60- 80 fps. I tested all of my ram sticks one at a time and they have all are good. I tired rolling back the NVidia driver but it seems nothing has changed. any information would be greatly appreciated.

i7-8700K
CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX 8GB (4 STICKS)

Try disabling Vsync?
