getting low frames on r9 280x

hi guys i have been experiencing problems with my computer, i am getting really low frames in bf4 (down to 40) and am noticing frame problems with far cry 3
i have a
gigabyte windforce r9 280x oc
amd fx 6300
i think thermaltake with 850w
kingston 120/8gb ssd
1 tb 7200rm seagate and 1 300 7200 rm seagate

it can be a gpu drivers problem...did you tried with a different driver ( older or new release) ?
it can be the cpu to bottleneck the gpu...try to disable turbo core
where is your game? on the ssd or hdd?

clean up system dust cabling ect increese air flowbetter fans ect, fresh driver install defrag game folder

i found out i needed to change to mantle

sorry about that last post that was for bf4 it is a new pc with no dust and as best cable management as possible and my drivers are up to date
