getting more out of amd fx 6300 BE

So I have an and fx 6300 BE with verisha core and I currently run it at 4.1ghz with turbo button and installed an aftermarket CPU cooler I.E cooler master hyper 212x and has an Asus m5a78/l usb3 motherboard. So how can I over clock it further,I just don know much about oc,thanks in advancefor giving my thread time

Your mobo do not have heat-sink on VRM, before you want OC more better install one from this on mosfets:
