Getting Motherboard DVI and GPU DVI To Work...

So, I've had two moniters for a while, but deceided its time to get them both working together. I have two DVI ports, on the rear of my PC, but only one is on the GPU (A GTX750). This one, seems to work fine, but the other one doesn't function. I have been told this is not possible, because I have a GPU installed, however, I have also read its possible to get both working by changing something in the BIOS. Anyone got any ideas as to what I should do/need to do?

CPU: Intel Core i3-4150
8GB RAM
GPU: GTX750
64-bit Operating System

Won't be able to help without knowing what motherboard you have, the BIOS is different on every board.
