Getting my PC Ready for No Mans Sky

Hiya, I have pre-ordered No Mans Sky and was wondering whether my PC would be able to run the game at 1080/1440p at higher settings.
Here are the specs that matter.
i5 3470
Zotac amp Omega GTX 970
8gb RAM (1600 MHZ)
Corsair CX500W PSU
