Getting new Graphics card

I have dell inspiron 3847. THe main specs I know that it has is intel i5, 8 gb or ram and 1 tb or hard drive space. I have put a 430w power supply in that I got for almost free from my friend. Im looking for a new card that would go good with my specs. I play games such as Arma 3, tf2, Bf4, Fall out 4, Just cause, Bo2 and 3, planetside 2, Cod Waw and more triple A games. I would like to run the games at least high or medium settings. No more low, minimal or not even being able to play. My budget is about $140

if you could stretch it to 150 i highly recomend the gtx 950 in that close price range it outperforms anything in the range if you cant a 750 ti would work for about 120$ but the 950 is worth the upgrade for 25-40$

gtx 950 - should be able to handle the games you mentioned at medium settings on 1080p
if you dont mind going used you could probably find a good deal on a used 960, stretching to that $150 will make it worth it
