Question Getting no display after shutdown, need to detach all usb devices to restore display ?

HELP!
a days ago when my pc is get no display but have power and can refresh and shutdown using keyboard i thought my gpu is faulty but when i put the gpu to the 2nd pcie slot i get display buy a lot of problem getting no display when i exit bios, restart, and tried to go to safe mode. so after that i brought a corsair rm750 yesterday hoping that it could fix my problem but its not so bios exit the only work when i shutdown my pc sometimes i get no display i need to detach the all usb that attached so my question is my motherboard is faulty or gpu?

What devices are you using on usb? Have you tried unplugging one at a time to see if it is just one device causing the problem instead of all of them?

no i never unplugging 1 by 1 but i will try now
edit: mouse,keyboard,spreaker,v8 soundcard
