Question Getting no display when I turn on recently built PC?

Hi,

I recently purchased a new set of components for my new build about 6 months ago and everything’s has been fineness until recently I tried going on my PC and it come so on but I get no display on my monitor.

For Info my build is

AMD Ryzen 5600x CPU
Gigabyte RTX 2060 mini-itx GPU
Gigabyte B450M motherboard
Corsair vengeance 16GB DDR4 RAM
Corsair CX 850M PSU (semi-modular)
2TB barracuda HDD
Crucial MX500 250GB ssd (where OS is installed)

I have replaced my hdmi cable and monitor with a backup set and I am still getting the same thing.

Some things which I have tried;

• I have replaced HDMI cable and monitor
• Replaced my Corsair PSU with a EVGA white 600w PSU which should just be enough to run everything and still no response
• Took out my CMOS battery for 5-7 mins and put this back in again
• Tried using my onboard graphics but still no display
• Took out all components and cleaned them (bare in mind I built this only 6 months ago)

None of the above seemed to help

I did notice that my pci-e cable which was plugged into the GPU was also plugged into the modular slot for the CPU on the power supply, also my PC starts all lights on but the fans slow down after a couple seconds then tries to startup again. All my peripherals are working with lights on.

Any ideas what this could be down too?

Hi, the cables are all correct now but I’m still getting the no display do you think I might have fried my MB or PSU due to the cables being wrong?

let hope not try to use a dvi cable on gpu to monitor and see if you made a cmos reset something happens also check any debug led or code on the board.
