Hey everyone I just have a quick question, I'm looking to upgrade my pc to be Oculus Rift ready and need to know if my motherboard is compatible with a few parts. First off my MB is a ASROCK FM2A78M PRO4+. I want to know if it can handle a Nvidia GTX 970 and a Intel i5-4590 and what kind of power usage I'll be looking at in case that needs upgrading also.

I appreciate any and all help!

Solution
The i5 4590 uses a 1150 socket, your motherboard has a AMD FM2+ socket, they're not compatible, also for VR i recomend you to get more power, like two 970's.

Okay so with the CPU in mind what would be my best option for the socket type
