As stated. I've swapped out the RAM, moved them around. Tried different PCI slots for the graphics card. Monitor won't display anything either so can't access bios. brand new pc on start up. Specs: Ryzen 7 1700x, ddr4 tridents 2x8gb, msi 2060s, asus rog b450.

Solution
Digging up an old thread from years ago.... Basically looks like that beep code is for video. So I would start with that. Make sure to reseat the video card and check all power connections.

What type of power supply are you using?

May also try to boot with a single stick of ram at first. Also, maybe try to clear cmos of your board.

Looking further a more recent article from Asus says memory with those beeps. So I would check that. May try to boot with a single stick of ram as I suggested above. Also, consult your motherboard manual. On my ASRock board, iirc for 2 sticks I was supposed to place the sticks in slots A2 and B2. Check your manual...

Check your manual and see if they have a similar requirement and that everything is fully seated etc.
