Question Getting only 25 FPS.

CPU:Ryzen 3 2200G

GPU: RX570 4G

RAM: Corsair 16GB

MB: B450M MSI

Most videos with my build on youtube have 60+ FPS on games like GTA6 etc but on Ring of Elysium I get 25 FPS, I don't have any other shooters to test it on but this game shouldn't be this low.

I've tried running a anti virus program, installing the new Radeon Software update and I don't know what else I can do.

I don't know much about PC's so any help would be welcome.

I have afterburner with the Riva FPS overlay.

Ark going from 50 fps to 60 fps and seems smooth.

Under 50% CPU usage, temperature was like 50-60 degrees.

I uninstalled the game because ARK was 50-60 FPS and was smooth.

Could it have been the game?

I'm downloading more f2p games atm, should take a few hours.

Downloading Apex, Team Fortress, War Thunder, Realm Royale, CSGO to see what the FPS will be.

1-did you update video card drivers?
2-did you update Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 BOTH 32 and 64bit?
3-Is Microsoft NetFrameWork v4.5 installed?
4-did you update DirectX?
5-install the latest game patch?

I updated drivers, is there a good way to check and update the other things you mentioned?

I wouldn't have been able to play without the latest game patch.

Windows Updates says up to date.

check core usage? is it only using 2 cores?

I don't know how to check how many cores I'm using. Can I do this through Radeon settings or MSI After Burner?

Wouldn't it automatically spread the usage between cores?

I dont use win10.......open control panel, go to add remove programs. this should list what is installed. The MS Visual C++ make sure you have both 32bit and 64bit

Microsoft says to download 2019 I need Visual Studio.

Maybe not needed studios but managed to get up until 2019 after finding different download link, will try after sleep the new games.

50Hz TV which isn't great but it's not the TV or all games would be the same.
