I recently just started to get random packet loss on a game I play on called Blade and Soul. Also this happens after 6PM EST and I have no idea what causes this. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Solution
This is typically outside your isp and if it's happening regularly, it could be throttling put in by the backbone provider. I once helped an isp find out their backbone provider was doing this without their knowledge and after they fired them and went with someone else, the problem was solved...but it took 2 years!
