Getting QCode 00 on Rampage V Extreme with no display

Hello,

I was using PC when it came to halt. At that time QCode was AA (Reserved for ASL : relating to sleep state). Had to restart the PC bu then it gave random QCode on every attempt like 98 (Console input devices coonect), 6B (System Agent DXE Initialization) finally coming to 00 (Not used). I've tried following:

Remove and clean install the CPU,
Remove the Memory,
Tested with each memory module at a time,
I've tried my best to closely for any bend pin but no such thing,
Switched the bIOS, it booted up and prompted to go into BIOS to recover the settings. I entered into BIOS just changed the PCI express boot media protocol to UEFI and Legacy. Saved and restarted.
Same 00 code. I can hear the hard drives spinning, fans rotating, all leds working but there is no display.

Any suggestion please?

turn the power off and download the newest bios file to another pc. use the asus renamer to rename the bios file. copy the renamed bios file to a usb stick and use the usb flashback port. run the usb flashback twice to make sure both bios are reflashed. if the bios still shows 00. bare bone it to one ram stick and onboard video. then add parts back one at i time to see if one failed.

I wish I could run the system using on board GPU if there is one :) Here is what I've done:

Powered off the PC.
Flashed the BIOS.
Removed the CMOS battery.
Unplug the power cord from the PSU
Pressed power button several times to make sure all caps are discharged.
Insert the battery after some minutes.
Powered on the PC and it boots.

Though it has booted, I'm not confident it will continue to run without giving me some random QCode message and fail to boot. As in past I've faced many times overclock failed message on it. That past includes just two months. I've tried two different PSUs to check if it is power supply related issue but it is not.

Once it gave me really crap message. I ran Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool and it immediately failed with the message that expected frequency was 3.5 GHz whereas the frequency reported is 3.0 GHz. Clearing CMOS saw this message gone.

So, it seems it is still buggy or may be I'm getting cautious.

Update:

Loaded XMP Profile. System booted without any issue. Ran Intel Processor diagnostic tool and it failed with the reason that expected frequency was 3.5 whereas reported is 3.02 GHz.

Ran Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and ran Stress test for 5 minutes. It passed.

I'm getting strange values on VIN3 as well. it is rapidly changing to 1.44 to 1.52 to 1.6 using HWMonitor. I believe HWMonitor values are incorrect. Check the VCore reading.

I decide to load Asus Overclock profile. CPU Ratio was raised to 4.4 GHz with BCLK 100. This reduces the RAM speed to 2400MHz.

I ran the IPDT and it passed. Then ran Intel Extreme Tuning Utility and it showed values which I believe this time were correct and it is passed as well.
