Getting Rid of the Noctua NH-D15 for RGB?

Currently, I have a Noctua NH-D15 and it serves me well, temps are great and I couldn't ask for more performance.

However recently I've been going through a whole PC aesthetic overhaul, and sadly the NH-D15 just doesn't fit the look... the RGB look. So I was wondering, how much performance loss would I face switching to something like the Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L RGB Liquid cooling system and is it worth it?

One could swap the fans out on the cooler you have for rgb fans a lot cheaper, but that cooler should actually be better than what you have by a bit

There's no way i would remove a Noctua NH-D15 and replace it with a cooler master aio. Just get the chromax heatsink cover kit and some rgb fans.
