Getting same fps as my old build

I got my old rig
a10 7860k
8gb ddr3
gtx 1060 3gb

sort of upgraded because of major bottlenecking to
i5 4670k oc to 4.2ghz
z87m d3h
16 gb ram ddr3
gtx 1060

with my old rig I was getting around 160-170 fps in csgo
but with my new rig I was only getting around 230-250 fps I thought it would have a huge jump to like 300 fps I know 200 fps is too much already
but with other games like rise of the tomb raider getting to soviet installation region at max setting i'm only getting 20-40 fps

fyi: all are new install to the new rig as I got new ssd so including drivers are all fresh

240 FPS isnt the same as 160.. close this thread
