Getting screen tearing with OBS

With OBS i get insane amounts of screen tearing (only for my gameplay the stream looks super smooth) and i really dont know what to do.

Build:
Asus ROG GAMING STRIX 1080TI
i7-8700k
Asus z370 mobo
32gb ddr4 2200

main monitor (for games) is 144hz, second is 60hz

You might try capping the fps on your game then see how that works.
