Question Getting stuck on windows logo after clean windows ins

Hello, after fresh windows 10 install everything works fine or it doesnt even get through installation. but when i power it off or restart it always gets stuck on asus or windows logo
My pc specs:
Ryzen 5 3550H
GTX 1050 3GB
8GB ram
1TB Hdd
