So, recently my PC has started stuttering intermittently whenever I'm using multimedia applications (games, video, audio, etc). I can't seem to determine the problem, however as a test, I ran resource monitor and one of the affected applications, and I noticed that my CPU usage drops off for a second during the stuttering. I'm not sure if that's the direct cause, or just another symptoms, but that's why I'm here.
