Question Getting terrible upload speeds after changing motherboard ?

Hello, I just recently swapped motherboards and cpu from an Intel i7-9700f msi mpg z390 gaming plus to an intel i7-10700f asus prime b560-plus ac-hes and my upload speed is literally non existent. I've redone drivers, done multiple cmd prompts and nothing. please help, can n0o longer stream or upload videos. ore barely use the internet at all

Format the hard drive and reinstall windows clean. You can’t switch out all that stuff without reinstalling Windows.

anything less and you’re wasting time because it’s never going to work
