Getting the PC to run

So, I've been trying ot fix my aunts PC. And I've been having a hard time getting it to run,
Made sure everything is wired up correctly.
Connected everything up. And the PC turns on.
Nothing is shown on the monitor.
All you hear is the PEEP of the PC turning on. After 4 seconds it turns off.
and then. Turns back on. 4 seconds later. Like a clock I can literally count it. Showing black screen.
The monitor does not read any input.
No error code beep is heard.
PSU 520W
Motherboard: P5QPL-AM
CPU: Pentium E5300
2 sticks of 2gb of ram.
Ideas?

I found a way to fix it.
By that I mean. I re did the whole PC.
But it works now! So GG!
