Getting the perfect Mobo for me at less than $100

So the title say it all. What can I do?

I want the motherboard, if possible to have the following things:
1. RAID 5 support( I really just want to reuse like 4 HDDs lying up in my house)
2.Future-proof*(things like USB type C, M.2, etc)

*I can live without those things, specially the type C. They are just ideas.
