I know this is buildapc, but part of the issue is an evaluation of my bulid and adjustments I might need based on the story below:
First of all my specs- AMD FX 8350 750w Corsair psu MSI 990FXA-GD80 Mobo 16gb ddr3 Patriot Viper ram Win 7 EVGA GTX 980Ti gpu OS installed on SSD but games are on WD 7200 Black HD. Now, trust me, I have tried every possible configuration. On/off ssd, same goes for HD. Everything on one drive. I even upgraded to Win 10, but BSOD still come. The screens are crash dumps. I have uninstalled Win twice, same goes for GTA V, oh by the way, is the only thing that even causes the crash, 99% of the time. About 20 mins into the game, BSOD. Ive done everything I have read on the net, bout uninstalling drivers, check for multiple audio devices, memory test, cpu test. I had 3 monitors at one point running on my other screen while playing to see if temps rise to high on eithe cpu or gpu, but they all fall within safe limits. I have gone to the bios, reset to defaults even tho I never messed with it to begin with, that was another suggestion I saw. Disk cleanups. I have all MS updates, updated my bios, my other drivers, nvidia drivers, all the flippin drivers. To much to mention. I literally have run out of options that I know of. I looked in the events for errors, and the critical event that seems to be the culprit is "Kernal Power Event 41. This is exactly what it says.

Any ideas. plz no telling me certain hardware is crap, because I have seen similiar setups, other than MOBO's, and didnt hear anything or read anything negative about those. So is it GTA V, because other games so far havent hassled me, but whats with the kernal power? Also I have this issue with and without mods, and its a legitimate copy as well.
