Getting Very Low FPS on a GTX 1080 Ti

I recently built a pc and updated all the drivers and didnt change any of the bios settings and installed fortnite and was getting over 60 fps maxed out settings but when I launch older games like Sims 4 or crysis 2 I get aroung 8-15 fps max and my cpu and gpu temp is fine and my card is an EVGA card so I am really confused and need help

Check if you games have a fps cap on them. If that doesnt wor try re installing the games and see what happens
