[SOLVED] Getting weird graphical issues on screen

Getting these on screen , only while on desktop, never seen in game or on benchmark

Tried reverting drivers, resetting PC

Reverting driver/upgrading driver seems to temporarily solve the issue until the PC is rebooted

Specs:

Ryzen 7 2700X @stock

RTX 2070

16 GB Potenza RAM

ASUS B450 Prime-A

Try changing the number of colors from 32-bit to something else and see if it fixes it. If so, then it's just a driver issue. I'm sure it will get fixed with the next windows update (and then broken again later with another update, lol).
