Getting worse performance after upgrading CPU, motherboard, RAM

So I just recently bought an intel i5 7500, which was an upgrade from my i5 2320. I was getting around 100 fps on players unknowns battlegrounds before, but now I average only 60-70 while it occasionally dips to as low as 40. What could be causing this? Here are my specs

I5 7500
RX 480
8gb 2400mhz ddr4
Gigabyte b250m ds3h
600w psu

Did you reuse your same Windows installation, or reinstall?

OS is tied to mobo. So a reinstall would be a good idea.
