gf2 gts 32 or 64?

is it worth spending an extra $40 on gettin 64mb.
is it much faster?

It is only faster for higher resolutions. If you plan on playing games like Unreal Tournament or some game where you can increase resolution then it is definately worth it in my opinion. So go for the 64.
