GF210 on windows XP

I have a GF210, and a windows XP installed. Currently, I play LoL, WoW and RO2.

The weird thing here is that I don't think my graphics card is working properly. Despite the fact that my my drivers are updated. My fps on LoL (20-30) I can't put wow on medium, and ro2 is on lowest and fps is still dropping.

Here's my specs.

Intel core 2 duo E4500 @ 2.20GHz
2.00 GB RAM
GeForce 210.

Yes, but I have higher specs compared to several computer cafes and they have 70fps. Which is weird.

No your gpu is not good for gaming, the cpu barely makes it but the gpu is trash
