GFWL and steam

if I use different emails for each account, will it make a difference? or do I need to have the same email, i.e use email A for steam and email B for GFWL, I launch gta 4 through steam, using email A, and I run GFWL using email B to play it, will it make a difference?

You do not need to use the same email. My Steam account has my GMail email and my GFWL is my Live email account.

You will be fine that way.

No it doesn't just be sure to use the same email for each game on GFWL

Okay thanks, also I was having issues with launching gta 4, when I launched it through steam, nothing happened, it didn't start, is it because of GFWL?

Go with your email account that has higher security. I go with Gmail because I've activated its 2 point authorization. I think Live/hotmail now already implement that feature as well.
Btw, wasn't GFWL already KIA? There's only Live account left but you're no longer required to go with GFWL.
