GFWL is not popping up in GTA IV.

Hell ,
My games for windows - live is not popping up in GTA IV even when I press home key..I have installed xlive.dll and tried installing it several times but still is not working

GFWL is dead; MSFT killed it earlier in the year. Most of the games that used it, including GTA IV, have had it patched out.

but I've seen two guys playing GTA IV uploaded their video on youtube a few months ago

GFWL isn't necessary to play GTA IV. It's been patched out.
