Nothing higher than a GTX750Ti but even then you'll be pushing it. What sort of a task will you be levying on the system with the GPU upgrade? What is the make and model of your PSU and how old is it?

I would be looking for a 1GB DDR5 GTX750 which will probably be a low profile card. if you can get that up to say 6GB RAM then a 2GB card will be good.
What system/Motherboard do you have. There are much better CPUs available for under $10 for those old LGA775 systems.
With a CPU upgrade and more RAM a GTX1050 2GB could be possible.
