Ghost horizontal flickering lines

help theres a horizontal flickering lines up and down in my screen you can see it clearly in dark background or gray i test my lcd in my netbook and theres no problem idk if its my mobo asrock g41m-vs3.

at first i thought its my videocard but its not >.< because i tried using my mobo onboard and theres still flickering line >.<

Try a different cable, if it is still the same it must be your monitor.

i tried a different cable theres still flickering lines idk if is the cable again but i tried connecting my netbook to my lcd using vga cable and theres no flickering lines >.<
is it my lcd?
