[SOLVED] Ghost mouse scrolling on second monitor

So when playing a game in normal fullscreen the mouse stays locked like it should, but a second invisible ghost cursor appears on my second monitor. The ghost cursor can't interact with anything at all, but it highlights and scrolls around whatever window it's over. It's not a huge deal, it gets really annoying though if I'm watching a Discord conversation or something while playing a slow game, or it scrolls to the bottom of a stream's page. I've tried everything I can find to fix it, and literally shut down everything but the game and ghost cursor is still there. It's not in a single game too, I think it's everything that doesn't have a working borderless fullscreen.

Fullscreenlock from blaberry on Github. It stops the ghost cursor through actually locking the cursor to whatever monitor the fullscreen application is on. It's a true godsend to stop the scrolling on other monitors while playing games that don't already do that.
