Ghost recon wild lands FPS issues on AMD

I get really useless FPS on high and very high settings @720p (1360*720).
on high settings i get 50FPS then after a while it goes down to 20 FPS.....WTF...i use crimson drivers to get the 50fps...adrenaline runs like craaaaap.
on medium theres no lag 50+ FPS

my R9 is losing to a 750ti 4GB....yet it has twice the performance....it hurts....i upgraded from a 750ti 2GB

on graphics settings it says im using 2.5gb of my vram, on high....it shouldnt be givin me performance issues like this...
any tips pliz

Rx280x is marginally better then the Rx460 and 460 as well doesnt do so good.

Ghost Recon is very demanding and not well optimised.

Could try res scale 1.10% to keep the gpu usage up might improve performance.

R9 280x is 35% better than rx 460....its like the gap between a an rx 470 and 460.
ill try e resolution scale....but my usage is at 99% most of the time

That gap is slight, 280x is showing its age.

Farcry5 is out soon too, time for an upgrade i reckon. Ghost Recon is awesome, think youll enjoy it more after retiring that old relic
