Question Ghost typing

Hi guys, i Hope someone can help me because this problem Is going to make me Crazy.
I recently get a problem of Ghost typing on the keyboard, the problem Is, this happen also with everything unplugged. I already clean install thinking this going to fix the problem, but still persist, i also swap keyboard but nothing. It looks like Is Always push the Key " up " anyone have any idea? Im desperate.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
