Ghost Windows 8.1 plz help

Help me.I copy file into my extra sata hard in windows 10 os.but windows 8.1 not showing my copied files.lolzz but hard drive use there no hidden I checked it view tab.
My win10 pc view this files but other win8 pc not showing.cant found any solution.Microsoft not talk about this issue.

You need to restate it with less garbage speech (l337 spx is annoying as hell man, cut it out)

State these details:
- Disk type
- Disk formatting
- Folder structure
- File type

Most likely it's user error, though an upgraded storage space disk is a possibility.

Ntfs
Folder just cause 3 steam files
Lolzz no need these thingz no hardware issues
Windows 7 showing files those files but windows 8.1 not
