i dont know what to do , i never had problems with this monitor why it started acting like this all of sudden?

i know its VA panel and it has this issues but is there any setting i can reduce it?

it has 3 options

fastest

none of them make any difference...
It could be that its aging, I've seen this in the past on usually earlier monitors, I got 17 inch 4:3 monitor I bought new in 2007, and I still use it to work on other computers, its got a ton of ghosting, it always had a little bit, its early cheap monitor, but its so bad I can move the mouse and see it like 4 times as if the trails was set on.

I know you said its about a year old, but sometimes thats all it takes. Maybe try a different interface, if you are using hdmi, try display port, make sure the refresh rate is set properly, that can help with ghosting but not so much the smudging, it might make the smudging more noticeable with a fast...
What are your full hardware specifications including graphics card, motherboard and power supply, and what driver version is currently installed.

Any recent updates to Windows or drivers that might have changed settings at all?

Have you changed cables recently? What kind of cable are you connecting with? Have you made ANY hardware changes or upgrades to the system lately?
