Question Ghosting problem in Escape From Tarkov when anti-aliasing is enabled ?

As you can see in this video, I have ghosting problem when i use the anti -aliasing (TAA/TAA high). Especially İf you can look the suppressor you can see it clearly. This problem is especially noticeable when in wooded areas but when i look the sky I do not experience such a problem. I did not experience this problem when playing Escape from Tarkov in version 0.13.5. The only thing that has changed on my system between 0.13.5 version and version 0.14 is my monitor, and I don't think the problem is caused by the monitor change because I have the same problem on my second monitor. This problem started to occur in version 0.14 of the game.

Tried solutions;
- I Reinstalled the game
- I formatted my computer
- Clean installation of nvidia drivers with DDU program
- Tried with different monitors and different cables
- Tried G-sync and Vsync settings on/off variants
- Tried different Nvidia control panel settings
- Tried Nvidia overlay off
- Tried with msi afterburner overlay turned off
- Tried with different Mouse and keyboard hertz
- Tried by turning off mouse and keyboard software
- Tried with a different graphics card (RTX 3080).
- Bios update
- XPM off/on
